II. EXHIBITS <br />DMG may present any document in the permit application file as an exhibit. As noted <br />above, all these documents have been available to the general public, including the <br />parties to this hearing. Some of the documents DMG may refer to in the hearing include <br />the following: <br />1. GCC Rio Grande Inc.'s (GCC) initial application, including exhibits received by <br />DMG on January 18, 2002; <br />2. All correspondence between DMG to GCC regarding completeness and technical <br />adequacy of the application, including: <br />(a) May 6, 2002 preliminary adequacy review by DMG; <br />(b) GCC's request for extension of the decision date until August 23, 2002; <br />(c) GCC's July 9, 2002, response to DMG's preliminary adequacy review; <br />(d) DMG's July 12 and July 17, 2002, further adequacy letters; <br />(e) GCC's July 24, 2002 responses to the DMG's July 12 and July 19, 2002 <br />adequacy letters <br />3. DMG's recommendation for approval of the Red Rock Plant and Limestone Mine on <br />July 31, 2002 and DMG's rationale for recommendation for approval, July 31, 2002. <br />4.
