Pineda <br />Director <br />The Division has completed its preliminary review of the above referenced report received on 12 March <br />2012. We appreciate your submittal of this report, as the report clearly presented the hydrologic <br />monitoring data for the mine. The Division finds the 2011 Annual Hydrology Report (AHR) in <br />compliance with the requirements identified in the attached memo. Please give further attention to the <br />following items. <br />1. Please address the any discrepancies identified with 2011 water quality tables associated with the <br />2011 AHR.
