Ross Vincent <br />Ross Vincent Associates <br />Environmental Consultant /Chemical Engineer <br />PMB #300 <br />1829 South Pueblo Blvd. <br />Pueblo, Colorado 81005 -2105 <br />(719) 561 -3117 <br />Mr. Vincent is a chemical engineer and an environmental consultant, and will testify <br />regarding the various adverse affects of the chemical blasting agents the Applicant intends to use <br />in its mining operation. <br />The above listed witnesses may also present rebuttal testimony on CCAP's behalf, and <br />CCAP reserves the right to endorse additional witnesses to present rebuttal testimony. CCAP's <br />counsel may also make presentations regarding legal and /or policy issues. <br />II. EXHIBITS <br />CCAP's witnesses and rebuttal witnesses may present and /or rely upon any of the <br />following exhibits at the hearing: <br />formats. <br />1) Photographs of GCC Rio Grande's property in Tijeras, New Mexico (mailed under <br />separate cover). <br />2) Any and all contents of the Mined Land Reclamation Board's mining permit <br />application file for File No. M- 2002 -004, including all documents, reports, exhibits, <br />appendices, and electronic media filed by or on behalf of the Applicant throughout the <br />application review process and up to and including the date of the hearing. <br />3) Any and all exhibits identified and /or used by the Applicant, the Division, and other <br />Objectors. <br />4) Any exhibits necessary for rebuttal <br />CCAP may present any of the above exhibits in enlarged, electronic, or various media <br />III. COORDINATION WITH OTHER OBJECTORS <br />The Pre - Hearing Order stipulates that the Objectors have a collective total of 2 hours to <br />make their presentations to the Board, 60 minutes to cross - examine witnesses and make rebuttal <br />and closing comments, and 20 minutes to make their closing statements. <br />
