Box 11584 <br />Pueblo, Colorado 81001 <br />(719) 489 -2078 <br />Ms. Barber will testify regarding the Applicant's proposed mining and reclamation <br />timetables; compaction of backfill; wind soil erosion and dust and other forms of soil erosion; all <br />issues of water quality; quantity of water available for the Applicant's operation and required <br />reclamation; suitability and availability of adequate soils for revegetation; calculation of <br />reclamation costs; the Applicant's compliance with state and local regulations and license <br />requirements, and the Applicant's reclamation expertise and credibility. <br />Mr. Can is a professional architect, and will testify regarding the inadequacy of the <br />Applicant's maps. <br />
