March 21, 2012 C- 1981 - 018 /Deserado Mine ZTT <br />Drill pipes appear to have been stored outside of the disturbed area boundary along the access road to the Rock <br />Dust Tank just west of the Haul Road - County Road 65 intersection. <br />.,;W"l IMANM <br />Drill pipes along access road to Rock Dust Tank. <br />PROCESSING WASTE /COAL MINE WASTE PILES — Rule 4.10 and 4.11 <br />Drainage Control; Surface Stabilization; Placement: <br />Small piles of refuse have been stacked on the northern edge of Refuse Pile 2/3. <br />Refuse was actively being piled and spread on top of Refuse Pile 5A during the time of inspection. <br />Gullies have formed along the north facing slope of the Refuse Pile 2/3. These gullies have increased in size since <br />previous inspections. <br />ROADS — Rule 4.03 <br />Construction 4.03.1(3)/4.03.2(3) <br />Drainage 4.03.1(4)/4.03.2(4) <br />Surfacing and Maintenance4.03.1(5) and (6)/4.03.2(5) and (6) <br />Reclamation 4.03.1(7)/4.03.2(7): <br />Roads were well maintained and stable. There were no signs of fugitive dust at the time of the inspection. <br />It appeared maintenance had been performed on a small section of the Haul Road prior to the inspection. The <br />repaired area was between the Refuse Piles and Haul Road - County Road 65 intersection.
