Pineda <br />Director <br />In a letter dated March 15, 2012, the Division identified $231,197.00 as the amount of bond released under NOI X -1999- <br />205-06. The correct amount is identified below. <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety is proposing to Approve the release of a coal exploration <br />bond submitted by Twentymile Coal Company for Notice of Intent No. X -1999- 205 -06. This is a partial bond release <br />for holes drilled under NOI X- 1999 - 205 -06. The bond was submitted to cover reclamation costs of four exploration drill <br />holes in Routt County. Bond in the amount of $1,177.00 will be held for reclamation of one borehole that was converted <br />to a monitoring well. A total of $23,041.00 will be released for three holes sealed and abandoned and all disturbances <br />reclaimed. An inspection showed that all disturbances associated with the exploration project has been adequately <br />reclaimed. <br />The legal description for the project is as follows: <br />Drilling: Sections 10, 11, 25, Township 5 North, Range 86 West <br />Seismic: Sections 1 -12, 15 -19, Township 5 North, Range 86 West <br />Sections 13, 22 -24, Township 5 North, Range 87 West <br />Any person with an interest which may be adversely affected by this proposed decision may submit written comments to <br />the Division at the address below within 30 days of publication of this proposed decision in the Steamboat Pilot. <br />If you have any questions, please feel free to call. <br />Sincerely, <br />Jason D.
