Pineda <br />Director <br />Enclosed you will find the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety's (Division) Decision Form for Minor <br />Revision No. 12 at the Hamilton Mine. <br />In regards to the alluvial monitoring wells, the Division will field verify the condition of all the alluvial wells <br />during the bond release inspection. In accordance with Rule 4.07.3 these wells need to be permanently <br />sealed. If it is found that these wells can be permanently sealed, Honeywood Coal Company will be required <br />to do so. <br />Please refer to the Performance Bond heading on the enclosed decision form. If the amount of Bond Held <br />equals or exceeds the Revised Liability, you need not submit additional bond. However, if the Revised <br />Liability exceeds the Bond Held, please submit additional bond or rider to your existing bond that equals or <br />exceeds the Revised Liability.
