Thank you for your timely submittal of <br />these reports. The areas discussed below were inspected for erosion, drainage, stability, reclamation (if applicable) and <br />other miscellaneous categories. <br />The mine supply storage area had no problems reported. A culvert was cleaned in 2Q11. <br />The Lone Pine Gulch facilities area had no problems reported. The culvert was cleaned during the 3Q11 inspection. <br />The main topsoil pile had no problems reported. <br />The general mine site had no problems reported. Maintenance was scheduled to clean the concrete ditch above the <br />portal and some signage was going to be installed. This maintenance was scheduled for October, 2011. <br />The MSB and topsoil pile #5 area had no problems reported. <br />The Sylvester Gulch facilities area had no problems reported. <br />The north soil storage area had no problems reported. <br />The Sly Gulch road and E -Seam MDW's had no problems reported. There was some berm maintenance scheduled for <br />three MDW pads for October, 2011. <br />The Deer Creek shaft and Monument Dam borrow area had no problems noted. Rock socks were scheduled to be <br />installed in the drainage west of the shaft in October, 2011. <br />The Division has no questions or comments regarding this inspection report. The refuse pile inspection reports were <br />included in this report but they will be addressed under separate cover.
