I am preparing the final documentation for issuing the permit. Rule 2.03.4(5) requires that the applicant verify <br />that no change has occurred in the information previously submitted under 2.03.4(1) through (4). In order for <br />us to issue the permit in a timely manner it would be a good idea for you to check this information now and if <br />necessary submit any updates or changes by March 1" or as soon as practicable so that we can proceed with <br />permit issuance.
