Cc: CHeaps @rhinolp.com; iestover @bresnan.net
Subject: Reclamation Estimate
Mike: As shown below, Goodwin Septic Service can pump, haul and dispose of water from the
Loadout for $0.45 -$1.00 per gallon. I asked if they could quantify at what point it would be
$1.00 to pump, haul and dispose of, and without seeing testing from the water to be disposed
of, they are not able to. The pond water that is to be disposed of is from stormwater runoff.
It does not have oil, grease, or high concentrations of dissolved metals. So, in order to provide
a reasonable estimate, an estimate is attached using $0.75 /gallon. As stated Friday, this cost
per gallon is all- inclusive, Goodwin can pump, truck to their disposal site, and dispose of the
water for $0.75 /gallon.
One comment on the provided Reclamation estimate is we believe Task #062 should be deleted.
Currently zoned industrial areas will not be reclaimed, other than being returned to
approximate original contour, and being plated with salvaged rail road ballast and subballast
(Task #003). Topsoil and seeding will occur only in areas where topsoil is salvaged and can be
seen on Map -09 and as accounted for in Task #060.
Let me know if you need anything else.
Tamme Bishop, P.E.
JE Stover & Associates, Inc.
2352 N. 7th Street, Unit B
Grand Junction, CO 81501
970 - 245 -4101
From: Goodwin Services [ mailto :goodwinserviceinc @yahoo.com]
Sent: Friday, January 20, 2012 9:50 AM
To: Tamme Bishop
Subject: Re: Disposal Quote
Good Morning, Yes Our base price is a Min. of $450 for less then 1000 gallons, that is to pump & Dispose -
over a 1000 gallons it is $.25 per gallon to pump & $.20 per gallon to dispose. Out Price can go up to $1000 for
less then 1000 gallons, that is to pump & Dispose - over a 1000 gallons it is $.50 per gallon to pump & $.50 per
gallon to dispose. It all depends on what the Total Metals test & TCLP Test comes back from the lab as. Price
may also very if these pumping are set up on an automatic schedule or a call in basis. Please call with any
questions.
Thank You,
Laura Kligora - Office Mgr.
Goodwin Services INC
66124.5 Road
Grand Junction, CO 81505
970 - 243 -2783 phone
970 - 257 -7584 fax
goodwinserviceinc@yahoo.com
2
