Aerial photographs were taken on March 16, 2012 at approximately
10:53 a.m. Mike Boulay of the DRMS reviewed the aerial photographs. Weather conditions appear to be clear
and sunny at the time of the flight. Fifteen photographs were taken during the flyover. The South Portals area,
and the CRDA waste disposal sites (CRDA-1 and CRDA-2) and the North Decline area are visible in the
photographs. The site was free of snow cover. There was no activity discernible in the photographs.

SUPPORT FACILITIES - Rule 4.04:
The South Portals area including the Roadside South Refuse Disposal Area is shown in attached Photograph No.
1. The location of former Pond 8 (recently reclaimed) can be seen in Photo No. 1. The CRDA-1 and CRDA-2
waste piles appeared stable with no erosion or instability. The terrace drains and diversion ditches at these refuse
piles are in good condition and maintained.

The North Decline area is shown in Photo No. 2. Portions of the West Diversion Ditch No. 1, the East Diversion
Ditch No.1, and the permanent channel are visible in the Photograph. The area void of vegetative cover in the
lower left of the photo is the former location of Pond 7, which was reclaimed this past fall. The North Decline
area is well maintained with no problems noted.

DOCUMENTS RECEIVED None
OTHER (SPECIFY)

Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 6
Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 2

24
Page of
