Compliance With Mine Plan NA - Support Facilities Not On-site <br /> NA -Other N - Special Categories Of Mining <br /> NA -Processing Waste N -Topsoil <br /> COMMENTS <br /> This was a partial inspection of the Seneca IIW Mine based on aerial photographs of the site taken by Harry <br /> Ranney of DRMS and reviewed by Susan Burgmaier of DRMS. Most of the snow has melted off of the lower <br /> elevation areas and south facing slopes. The upper reaches of the south mining block were still snow covered. <br /> There were no signs of activity at the site. <br /> HYDROLOGIC BALANCE -Rule 4.05-Drainage Control 4.05.1, 4.05.2, 4.05.3; Siltation Structures 4.05.5, <br /> 4.05.6; Discharge Structures 4.05.7, 4.05.10;Diversions 4.05.4;Effluent Limits 4.05.2; Ground Water <br /> Monitoring 4.05.13; Surface Water Monitoring 4.05.13;Drainage—Acid and Toxic Materials 4.05.8; <br /> Impoundments 4.05.6, 4.05.9; Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18: <br /> Ponds 006, 016, 017 and Stock Tanks T1,T2,T5,T18,T20,T25, and T26 all held water. It was not <br /> apparent whether any of the ponds were discharging. <br /> SLIDES and DAMAGE-Rule 4.12: <br /> All of the areas photographed appeared to be stable. The repaired slide areas around Pond 006, 016,the <br /> reclaimed pit ramp road, and the Mine Entrance Haul Road all looked stable with no signs of any recent <br /> movement. <br /> ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS/COMPLIANCE <br /> No enforcement activities were initiated as a result of this inspection,nor are any pending. <br /> Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 12 <br /> Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 3 <br /> Page 2 of 4 <br />
