RE: Augmentation Water Rental for Aggregate Industries -WCR Inc. ( "Aggregate ") (January 2012 -
December 2012)
Dear Connie,
In accordance with the June 1999 agreement with Aggregate and the City of Greeley ( "Greeley"), Greeley
will provide augmentation water at the site. Greeley will make available to Aggregate wholly consumable
water that has been changed for augmentation use. The City of Greeley anticipates that it will make
deliveries of this water from the outfall of Greeley's Wastewater Treatment Plant Located on the Poudre
River.
The request totals 29.00 acre -feet from January 2012 through December 2012.
Please be aware that it is Aggregate's responsibility to receive necessary approval to use the rented
augmentation supplies provided by Greeley.
