RE: Augmentation Water Rental for Aggregate Industries ( "Aggregate ") (January 2012- December
2012)
Dear Connie,
The City of Greeley accepts the Aggregate Industries augmentation water rental request for January 2012
through December 2012. Greeley will make available to Aggregate wholly consumable water that has
been changed for augmentation use. The City of Greeley anticipates that it will make deliveries of this
water from the outfall of Greeley's Wastewater Treatment Plant located on the Poudre River.
The request totals 22.00 acre -feet and the City of Greeley will make replacements in October 2012, as
shown below. Augmentation water shall be available per the following schedule provided to the City of
Greeley by Applegate Group, Inc.
The current rate for augmentation water is $500 /acre -feet, for a total of $11,000.00. Payment instructions
are included on the attached invoice. The payment is due December 31, 2011.
Please be aware that it is Aggregate's responsibility to receive necessary approval to use the rented
augmentation supplies provided by Greeley.
