RequirinE an Individual CDPS Permit <br />The Director may require the permittce to apply for and obtain an individual or alternate general CDPS permit if: <br />a) The discharger is not in compliance with the conditions of this general permit. <br />b) Conditions or standards have changed so that the discharge 00 longer qualities for a general permit: or <br />c) Data/information become available which indicate water quality standards may be violated. <br />The permittee must be notified in writing that an application for an individual or alternate general CDPS permit is required. <br />When an individual or alternate general CDPS permit is issued to an operator otherwise covered under this general permit, <br />the applicability of this general permit to that operator is automatically inactivated upon the effective date of the individual <br />or alternate general CDPS permit. <br />
