6.2 Reportable Quantities <br />Reportable Quantities that require external reporting to environmental compliance agencies (pursuant <br />to 40 CFR Part 116 and 117 or Colorado State guidelines) are listed in Table 1 of this SRP /SPCC. <br />7.0 PLAN DISTRIBUTION, TRAINING, and TEAM MEMBER SAFETY <br />7.1 Distribution of SRP /SPCC <br />A copy of this SRP /SPCC will be posted at the following locations: <br />Offices: <br />• Carlton Security Office <br />• Administration Bldg. — Tish Allen's Office <br />• Ironclad Security Office <br />• Mine Rescue Team Van <br />• Cripple Creek Fire Department <br />• Teller County Local Emergency Planning Committee <br />Team members receive general instructions and training on the content of the plan, and periodic <br />instruction on the nature, transportation, and handling of hazardous materials. Training is done as <br />part of regular annual safety training and/or specifically held meetings. A record of these meetings is <br />made and filed in the Safety Supervisor's office. <br />7.2 Training <br />The spill response program includes specific training in clean up and detoxification for selected team <br />members. At least one of the specially trained Team Members will be on site 24 hours /day, 7 <br />days/week. In the event of a spill, these specially trained Team Members will be immediately <br />dispatched to the site to assist in clean up and detoxification efforts. Appropriate equipment will be <br />available to detoxify solutions and to transport any spilled material for ultimate disposal in accordance <br />with applicable laws and regulations. <br />In the event of a potentially hazardous material spill, the plan will be to contain, detoxify (if necessary), <br />and clean up. Detoxifying agents for cyanide and acids will be kept available at the mine for use as <br />needed. <br />Clean -up personnel are trained in the proper detoxification procedures for each type of material. <br />Acids used on site can be neutralized with the addition of lime and water.
