Spill Response Kits are supplied at the following locations within the mine site including: <br />• Coblentz Building - Aerosol can puncturing station <br />• Secondary Crusher - Aerosol can puncturing station in the Connex Trailer <br />• Truck Shop - Aerosol can puncturing station in the Southeast Corner of the Maintenance <br />Bays <br />• Light Vehicle Shop - Northwest corner of shop <br />• Hazardous Waste Accumulation - Storage room located behind the Light Vehicle Shop <br />• Security Office — Main Gate - Furnace room located behind the Safety office and next to the <br />back exit door <br />• Warehouse Area — adjacent to the cardboard baler <br />• Environmental Resources — Storage Area <br />Additionally, the CC&V mobile fuel /lubricant trucks are supplied with materials to contain small spills <br />and can be called on the radio. Use call number J3 for assistance. Both the Wet and the <br />Metallurgical laboratories have spill response kits for their own use. <br />Spill Response Kits may contain: <br />• Absorbent socks <br />• Respirator <br />• Chemically resistant gloves <br />• Copy of Waste Management Plan <br />• Acid neutralizer <br />• Safety glasses <br />4.1.1.6 Inspections and Tank Integrity Testing at the Ironclad Facility <br />Tanks and containers with >55 gallon capacity will be inspected on a monthly basis and the form in <br />Appendix G will be used to document the inspection. Records of these inspections will be kept on file <br />in the Environmental Resources Department. <br />Tank integrity testing will be performed according to the plan provided in Appendix J. <br />4.1.1.7 Conformance with Regulations at the Ironclad Facility <br />Applicable state and local guidelines are assumed to be the same as the Federal Regulations at 40 <br />CFR Part 112, and therefore, under 40 CFR Part 112 the oil storage containers and the secondary <br />containment at the Ironclad Facility meet the intent of the oil pollution prevention regulations. <br />4.1.2 New Truck Shop Facility <br />The New Truck Shop (Figure 4) consists of a large bulk oil storage room, the new truck maintenance <br />shop with a lube service bay, large vehicle wash bays, a burner room with heaters, and a bulk oil off- <br />loading facility. <br />4.1.2.1 Storage and Use of Petroleum Products and Other Environmentally Sensitive Materials <br />Inside the New Truck Shoo <br />The following above ground bulk oil storage tanks are located inside the New Truck Shop in a <br />separate containment area at the east end of the building. <br />Spill Response Plan <br />EMS: AGANA/CCV <br />G:1EMS\PIans\Emergency Response Plans\SRP PIan1SRP Plan.doc <br />Printed Copies are Uncontrolled <br />August 17, 2010 <br />Doc. # E -006 <br />Revision 05 <br />15 <br />
