Applicant or its assignees shall give the City at least thirty (30) days prior written notice of <br />such assignment or reassignment of this Agreement. Applicant or its assignees shall not <br />otherwise assign this Agreement without the express written consent of the City, which <br />consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. <br />17.
