The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety is proposing to Approve the release of a <br />coal exploration bond submitted by Twentymile Coal Company for Notice of Intent No. X -1999- <br />205-06. This is a partial bond release for holes drilled under NOI X -1999- 205 -06. The bond was <br />submitted to cover reclamation costs of four exploration drill holes in Routt County. Bond in the <br />amount of $1,177.00 will be held for reclamation of one borehole that was converted to a <br />monitoring well. A total of $231,197.00 will be released for three holes sealed and abandoned and <br />all disturbances reclaimed. An inspection showed that all disturbance associated with the project <br />has been adequately reclaimed. <br />The legal description for the project is: <br />PUBLIC NOTICE <br />Drilling: Sections 10, 11, 25, Township 5 North, Range 86 West <br />Seismic Sections 1 -12, 15 -19, Township 5 North, Range 86 West <br />Sections 13, 22 -24, Township 5 North, Range 87 West. <br />Any person with an interest which may be adversely affected by this proposed decision may submit <br />written comments, or a written request for an adjudicatory hearing before the Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board, to the Division at 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado 80203. <br />Such comments should be submitted within 30 days of the second publication of this notice. <br />
