Item No. 4 — NCC does monitor the wells on a weekly basis. As per Technical Revision No. 3 it was
determined that 1000 gpm would be required in the recharge ditch. During the weekly monitoring of
the wells if NCC determines that we have reached 75% of the upper or lower limits using the 24 inch
basis below or above the standard deviations established we will begin to either increase or decrease
the flow as conditions warrant. This should allow time to stabilize the water table before moving
outside of the 24 inch below the established baseline for each of the monitoring wells.
Item No. 5 — NCC is currently monitoring the wells on a weekly bases and will continue to do so in
the future. NCC will commit to submitting the weekly monitoring data with our Annual Report.
NCCI appreciates your consideration of our responses to your letter dated May 20, 2011.
Please contact me with any questions or comments.
Summary of attachments:
Monitoring Well Data
Standard Deviation Charts for Each Well
CC: Chris Zadel, NCC
Stacy Churchill, NCC
