Box 141, Craig, CO 81625 970 - 8244053 has filed an application for a Construction Materials Umited Impact (110) Reclamation Permit with the Colorado Mined Land Recla- mation Board under provisions of the Colo- rado Land Reclamation Act for the Extraction of Construction Materials. The proposed mine is known as the Moon Pit #2, and is lo- cated at or near Section 24, Township 7N, Range 93, W. Prime Meridian The proposed date of commencement is May, 2012, and the proposed date of com- pletion is unknown. The proposed future use of the land is range land. Additional information and tentative decision date may be obtained from the Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety, 1313 Sher- man Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado 80203, (303) 866 -3567, or at the Moffat County Clerk and Recorder's office, 221 W. Victory Way, Craig, Colorado, 81625, or the above- named applicant. A complete copy of the application is available at the above -named County Clerk and Recorder's office and at the Division's office. Comments concerning the application and exhibits must be in writing and must be re- ceived by the Division of Reclamation, Min- ing, and Safety by 4:00 p.m. on March 12, 2012.
