Box 141, Craig, CO 81625 970-824-4053 has filed an application for a Construction Materials Limited Impact (11( Reclamation Permit with the Colorado Mined Land Recla- mation Board under provisions of the Colo- rado Land Reclamation Act for the Extraction of Construction Materials. The proposed mine is known as the Moon Pit #2, and is lo- cated at or near Section 24, Township 7N, Range 93, W. Prime Meridian. The proposed date of commencement is May, 2012, and the proposed date of com- pletion is unknown. The proposed future use of the land is range land.
