CONTRACT FOR REMOVAL OF GRAVEL
This Agreement is entered into between Thomas W. and Jeffrey M. Jolly
Representing Jolly Family Trust (hereafter "Jolly") whose address is P.O. Box 561, Aguilar.
Colorado 81020, and Las Animas County located in the State of Colorado (hereafter "County ")
whose address for the purpose of this contract is Las Animas County do Board of County
Commisioners, Las Animas County Courthouse 200 E. First Street, Trinidad, Colorado 81082.
1. Purpose. Jolly and County agree that County shall have the right to enter the
property described below (hereafter referred to as the "Property ") from adjoining County Road 61
and shall have the right to ingress, egress, and regress to and from the Property, and these rights shall
extend to its agents, contractors, and employees, for the purpose of excavating, crushing, screening,
removing, and storing all unprocessed and processed gravel produced on the Property for the term of
this agreement. The legal description of the Property is as follows:
A tract of land located in sections 3 and 10 of Township 30South Range 64West of
the 6 P.M., County of Las Animas, State of Colorado.
