EXHIBIT C PRE- MINING AND MINING PLAN MAPS OF AFFECTED LANDS This Exhibit contains the following information: • All immediately adjoining surface owners of record are shown on Drawings C -1 and C -la, with the names and address for each owner provided in Exhibit 0; • The name and location of creeks, roads, buildings, oil and gas wells and lines, and power and communications lines, if any, within the permit boundary and within two hundred (200) feet of the permit boundary are shown on Drawings C -2 and C -2a; • The existing topography of the area with contour lines of sufficient detail to portray the direction and rate of slope of the permit area is shown on Drawings C -2 and C -2a; • The currently existing and limits of approved activities are shown on Drawings C -2 and C -2a; • The total area to be involved in the Mine Life Extension 2, including the area to be mined and the area of affected lands, is shown on Drawing C -4 and Drawing 4a with growth medium stockpile locations shown on Drawing 4b; and, • The owner's name and location of buildings and other structures not owned or controlled by CC &V within the permit boundary and within two hundred (200) feet of the permit boundary are shown on Drawing C -1 and C- 1 a with names and addresses for each owner provided in Exhibit O. Note that the Carlton Tunnel is shown with existing features on drawings C -1 and C -2a. No changes are proposed at the Carlton Tunnel as part of the Mine Life Extension 2 so no additional maps are included of the tunnel area. Drawings showing the surface and ground water information within a two mile radius are included as part of Exhibit G and the referenced appendices. A drawing showing existing soils is discussed as part of Exhibit I and included in the referenced appendix. A drawing showing the existing vegetation is discussed as part of Exhibit J and included in the referenced appendix. Drawings showing information to assist in describing the mine plan information contained as part of Exhibit D are also included in this Exhibit C. The drawings in Exhibit C include the following.
