This form is available on the <br />Division's website at coioradowaterpermits.com. <br />The first Annual Report for this permit certification is due February 15, 2012. <br />The Annual Fee for this certification is $185.00, and is invoiced every July. Do Not Pay This Now. The initial invoice will be prorated <br />and will be sent to the legal contact shortly. <br />The Division is currently developing a new permit or master general permit and associated certification for the above permitted <br />facility. The development and review procedures required by law have not yet been completed. The Light industry General Permit, <br />which expired June 30, 2011, is administratively continued and remains in effect under Section 104(7) of the Administrative <br />Procedures Act, C.R.S. 1973, 24-4 -101, et seq (1982 repl. vol. 10) until a new permit /certification is issued and effective.
