Although this
Web Site parcel is located in unincorporated Mesa County, it appears that the proposed
fruita.org facility will have the main haul road access and utilize a portion of the City of
Fruita's right -of -way on 15 Road.
City Manager's
Office The City of Fruita does not object to having CAM - Colorado LLC accessing 15
970 -858 -3663 Road for this type of use. However, it is evident from the Level 2 Traffic
City Clerk/ Finance Assessment provided that the proposed loadout facility may have a significant
970- 858 -3663 impact on 15 Road and the surrounding transportation system. The City of
Fruita will continue to support utilization of 15 Road for this use with the
Community condition that all comments provided through the Mesa County Site Plan and
Development CDOT Access Permit approval processes are adequately resolved.
970 -858 -0786
Sincerely,
Engineering
970 -858 -8377 CITY OF FRUITA
Human Resources
970 - 858 -8373
Public Works Kenneth A.
