OF COURT <br />Page 6 <br />showing made that the conditional water rights have become absolute by reason of <br />completion of the appropriation, or otherwise disposed of. in determining reasonable <br />diligence, the Court shall consider all of the water rights described herein and the water <br />supply system for CAM's Colorado mining operations and attendant diversion, <br />distribution, delivery, collection and treatment systems to be a unified water system so <br />that work done on any one part of the system shall be considered to be the exercise of <br />reasonable diligence in the development of the conditional water rights confirmed herein. <br />24. Sale or Transfer of _Conditional Witter Riuhts. Pursuant to Rule 9 of the Uniform <br />Local Rules for All State Water Court Divisions, upon the sale or transfer of the <br />conditional water rights decreed herein, the transferee shall file with the Division 5 Water <br />Court a notice of transfer, which shall state: <br />A. The title and case number of this Case No. 2009CW 166; <br />B. The description of the conditional water right transferred; <br />C. The name of the transferor; <br />D. The name and mailing address of the transferee; and <br />E. A copy of the recorded deed. <br />The owner of said conditional water right(s) shall also notify the Clerk of the Division 5 <br />Water Court of any change of mailing address. The Clerk shall place any notice or <br />transfer or change of address in the case file of this Case No. 2009CW 166 and in the case <br />file (if any) in which the Court first made a finding of reasonable diligence. <br />25. Filing With Di -v=ision and State Engineer. A copy of the Ruling shall be filed with the <br />Division Engineer for Water Division 5 and with the State Engineer. <br />26. Filing With Water Clerk.
