MINING
2.06.10 Coal Processing Plants and Support Facilities not Located Within the Permit
Area. The Applicant will not have any coal processing plants or support
facilities located outside of the permit area.
2.06.11 In Situ Processing Activities
The Applicant does not plan to conduct in situ processing activities, therefore
no response is required for this section.
2.06.12 Surface Coal Mining and Reclamation Operation Requirements Involving the
Removal of Coal Refuse Piles
The Applicant does not plan to remove more than 250 tons of coal from coal
refuse piles within 12 consecutive calendar months in any one location,
therefore no response is required for this section.
