2.05.3 <br />with four feeders reclaim the coal and place the coal on the loading conveyor. <br />Clean Coal Storage Pile <br />The clean coal stockpile will contain up to 40,000 tons. The areal extent of the <br />coal stockpile area will be about two acres. <br />Reclaim Tunnel <br />A reclaim tunnel is located under the coal stockpile. It is constructed of <br />reinforced concrete. The typical inside dimensions of the tunnel are 12 feet high <br />by 12 feet wide. The reclaimed tunnel is approximately 330 feet long. A 90 foot <br />long 42 -inch diameter escape tube is located in the closed end of the tunnel. <br />Coal Sampling System <br />A cross belt coal sampling system will be installed on the loading conveyor. The <br />installation will be at ground level near the reclaim tunnel. The building <br />associated with the coal sampler is 8 feet wide, 20 feet long and 8 feet high. <br />Loading System <br />The train loading system is a structural steel building where the loading conveyor <br />terminates. The coal is batch weighed and loaded into rail cars at this location. <br />The dimensions of the building are approximately 20 feet by 20 feet by 80 feet <br />high. <br />Permit Application 2.05 -6 01/12 <br />
