Appendix 2.05.3(4) -1 ARCADIS Report. Revised page 5 -6 for replacement. The first paragraph in page 5 under "Sediment Pond Outlet Controls has been revised to clarify that only 18" discharge pipes, as per the design drawing, will be installed 2. Section 2.05.3(6)(a) Overburden Blasting. Revised Table of Contents and pages 7 — 11 for replacement. I have added a subsection to discuss "Blasting within 500 feet of Pipeline" in page 7. This paragraph was added as per your email received on February 29, 2012. 3. Section 2.05.4(2)(d) Topsoil Redistribution. Revised Table of Contents and Section 2.05.4(2)(d) text for replacement. These revisions were in response to your email of March 1, 2012. The lab analysis procedures for soil in given in page 10. WFC's response to comments related to REC soil in Garvey property are in page 13.and 14. Reference to Map 2.05.4(2)(d) -1 has been added in page 20. 4. Section 2.05.4(2)(e) Revegetation Plan. Revised page 31 for replacement.
