The Division finds <br />the 2011 Annual Reclamation Report is in compliance of the following Rules: <br />Rule 2.04. 1 3 1(l) — The ARR was received 15 Febuary 2012. <br />Rule 2.04.13(1)(a) — The cover of the ARR includes the name of the permittee, the address and the permit number. <br />Rule 2.04.13(1)(b) — A total of 9.85 acres were disturbed during calendar year 2011. <br />Rule 2.04.13(1)(c) — No disturbed acres were backfilled during calendar year 2011. <br />Rule 2.04. 13 (1)(d) — No disturbed acres were topsoiled during calendar year 2011. <br />Rule 2.04.13(1)(e) — No additional seeding occurred during calendar year 2011. <br />Rule 2.04.13(1)(f) — A total of 135.74 acres have previously been reseeded. <br />Rule 2.04. 13(2) — The following additional monitoring information was provided: cheatgrass continues to be a regional <br />problem and additional interseeding was conducted in 2011. <br />If you have any questions, feel free to contact me. <br />Sincerely, <br />Zach Trujillo <br />Environmental Protection Intern <br />Office of Office of <br />Mined Land Reclamation Denver • Grand Junction • Durango Active and Inactive Mines <br />
