Hickenlooper <br />Govemor <br />On February 21, 2012 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (Division) received a finalized <br />copy of the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers (USACE) approval letter for your Nationwide General Permit <br />(NWP) application. <br />Also, please commit to submitting copies of the annual monitoring reports, required by the NWP, to the <br />Division. <br />COLORADO <br />DIVISION OF <br />RECLAMATION <br />MINING <br />— &— <br />SAFETY <br />In your TR3 request letter, dated January 31, 2012, it is stated that USACE will allow United Companies <br />to remove, annually, 50,000 to 75,000 cubic yards of material from the Colorado River.
