Schwartzwalder Mine Permit Amendment Application <br />EXHIBIT S - Permanent Man -Made Structures <br />The permanent man -made structures are shown in Figure 1 through 3 of Exhibit S. By definition, <br />"Structure; Significant, Valuable and Permanent Man -made" means a non- portable improvement to real <br />property which has defined, current and recognizable value of an economic nature; generally including but <br />not limited to: buildings, houses, bams, fences, above or below ground utilities, irrigation ditches, <br />maintained or public roads, bridges, railroad tracks, cemeteries, communication antennas, pipelines, water <br />wells, water storage structures, discharge and conveyance structures, etc. At the Schwartzwalder Mine, the <br />sumps, monitoring wells, water treatment plan building, concrete ponds, and buried gathering and <br />discharge lines are shown as existing man -made structures. <br />February 29, 2012 70 <br />
