The following locations along with a description of the posted <br />notice language and pictures showing the signs as posted. <br />Carlton Security Access <br />Ironclad Security Entrance <br />2 locations at American Eagles Road <br />Poverty Gulch Trailhead <br />Vindicator Trailhead <br />Squaw Gulch near intersection of SH 67 and CR 821 <br />CC &V Administrative Offices in Victor <br />Notice has been given to the Teller County Board of County Commissioners and the Teller -Park <br />Soil Conservation District of the Natural Resources Conservation Service and their signed <br />acknowledgement of receipt of the notice is included in the application in Exhibit Q. Copies of <br />the application will be distributed to both of these agencies once the application has been <br />determined complete. A copy of the application has been placed with Teller County Clerk and <br />Recorder and a signed affidavit is included with the application in Exhibit R. Once the <br />application has been determined complete, we will place additional copies with the public <br />libraries in Cripple Creek, Victor, Florissant and Woodland Park. <br />Upon determination of completeness, we will also publish notice once a week for four weeks in <br />the Pikes Peak Courier View. A copy of the proposed newspaper publication is also attached to <br />this letter. <br />Subsequent to the filing of this application, we will be filing this seven volume document with <br />Teller County along with information required for an amendment to our Cresson Project Mining <br />Development Plan with Teller County. A copy of the County application will be provided to you <br />for informational purposes when that document is submitted to Teller County. <br />A check in the amount of $7,475 is attached as the fee for an amendment to an existing 112d -3 <br />operation.
