15. Please provide the following information for an inlet and outlet spillways in Tract D to <br />prevent the potential capture of the Cache La Poudre River. <br />e. Justification for the locations <br />f. Spillway invert elevations <br />g. Cross - section details (both lateral and longitudinal) <br />h. Design parameters <br />16. Plate 3 indicates Tract B is within the 100 -year flood plain. Please provide the following <br />information for a spillway in Tract B to allow flood water to passively return to the Cache La <br />Poudre River following final reclamation of the site. <br />i. Justification for the location <br />j. Spillway invert elevations <br />k. Cross - section details (both lateral and longitudinal) <br />I. Design parameters <br />17. Please submit revised Mining and Reclamation Plan Maps per Rules 6.4.3 and 6.4.6 <br />respectively indicating the required spillways for the Western Sugar site. <br />Please be advised the Western Sugar Reclamation Land Development Project technical revision no. <br />1 (TR -01) may be deemed inadequate, and the technical revision may be denied on March 2, 2012, <br />unless the above mentioned adequacy review items are addressed to the satisfaction of the <br />Division. If more time is needed to complete the reply, the Division can grant an extension to the <br />decision date. This will be done upon receipt of a written waiver of the applicant's right to a <br />decision by March 2, 2012 and request for additional time.
