RULE 2.04.11 <br />FISH AND WILDLIFE RESOURCES INFORMATION <br />2.04.11(4) Threatened and Endangered Species <br />According to the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, Eight T &E species are listed that could possibly <br />exist in Routt County, Colorado (updated July 2010). <br />Bonytail <br />Canada Lynx <br />Colorado pikeminnow <br />Greater Sage -grouse <br />Greenback cutthroat trout <br />Humpback chub <br />Razorback sucker <br />Yellow- billed cuckoo <br />Gils elegans Endangered <br />Lynx Canadensis Threatened <br />Ptychocheilus luscious <br />Endangered <br />Centrocercus urophasianus <br />Candidate <br />Oncorhynchus clarki stomias Threatened <br />Gila cypha <br />Endangered <br />Xyrauchen texanus <br />Endangered <br />Coccyzus americanus <br />Candidate <br />There is no habitat available on the Seneca 11 Mine are to support any T &E species. There is <br />potential habitat for the Greater Sage - grouse, however none have been observed. Since the <br />Seneca II disturbed area has under gone final reclamation, no negative impacts are expected. <br />Attached are updated T &E Species lists from the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and the <br />Colorado Division of Wildlife. <br />
