<br />PARTI <br />Page No. 3 <br />Permit No.: CO-0000221 <br />PARTI <br />A. DEFINITION OF EFFLUENT LIMITATIONS <br />1. Effluent Limitations <br />Beginning no later than the effective date of this permit and lasting through the expiration date of the permit, the permittee is <br />authorized to discharge from Outfalls 005, 006, 008, 009, 010, 011, 012, 013, 014, 015, 016, and 017. Also, monitoring <br />requirements for Outfalls MN05, MN 11, MN 13, and MN 14, have been added. These MN Outfalls correspond to the <br />locations of the original outfalls, Outfall 005 and MN05, Outfall 011 and MN 11 and so forth. WET testing requirements are <br />limited under separate outfalls, as documented in the following tables. <br />In accordance with the Water Quality Control Commission Regulations for Effluent Limitations, Section 62.4, and the <br />Colorado Discharge Permit System Regulations, Section 61.8(2), 5 C.C.R. 1002-61, the permitted discharge shall not contain <br />effluent parameter concentrations which exceed the following limitations specified below or exceed the specified flow <br />limitation. <br />C <br />a.
