INTRODUCTION <br />This section describes the minimum requirements for legal, financial, compliance, and <br />related information concerning Seneca Coal Company and the Seneca II mining operation <br />as required by Rule 2.03.4 through 2.03.12. <br />2.03.4 (1 -9) IDENTIFICATION OF INTERESTS <br />(1) Statement of Incorporation for Seneca Coal Company <br />The former Seneca Coal Company has been converted to Seneca Coal Company <br />LLC, which is a Delaware Corporation licensed to do business in the State of <br />Colorado. In order to show proof of this statement and to indicate Seneca Coal <br />Company has right to certain properties and leases, copies of two documents are <br />provided as Attachments 2.03 AI and 2.03-A2. The first document is a copy of the <br />Certificate of Conversion for Seneca Coal Company in the State of Delaware.
