As proposed, the current lease of 15, 552 acres will expand by an <br />additional 14,387 acres. If amended, the contract would lease all coal reserves under <br />CPW surface. <br />Our office has forwarded your letter to the CPW Commission with our recommendation <br />to amend the contract. The Commission will consider the request during one of their <br />regularly scheduled meetings. <br />In the mean time our staff will provide regular updates to your office.
