Re: Trapper Mining Inc., Permit No. C -81 -010 Phase II Bond Release Application SL -12 Adequacy Comments Enclosed please find revised application materials for SL -12 Phase II bond release for reclaimed Trapper Mine rangelands. Revisions to SL -12 Phase II bond release were required for several reasons. Adequacy comments from the Division in a letter dated November 28, 2011 requested that Parcel A -C -05 be removed from the application because of inadequate re- vegetation success. Due to this request SedCad and Universal Soil Loss Equation calculations have been revised to reflect the new vegetative cover number. An error in the USLE calculations submitted with the original application has also been revised with this response. During the summer of 2011 a portion of Z -AB -05 was re- disturbed and removed to widen the F -3 road, an existing haulroad adjacent to the southern edge of the parcel. Information regarding this parcel has been revised as noted below. The revisions to the application required the application maps to be revised to reflect the removal of A -C -05 and the change in area to Z- AB -05. The vegetation monitoring point map was revised to reflect the removal of A -C -05. In order to process this revision and comments to adequacy comments please remove and or replace the following items in the application package.
