The City shall not be bound by the terms of this <br />Agreement unless or until the Agreement has been approved by the City Council of <br />the City of Trinidad at a regular or special meeting. <br />14. COUNTERPARTS. This Agreement may be simultaneously executed in any <br />number of counterparts, each of which shall be deemed original but all of which <br />constitute one and the same Agreement.
