A <br />public notice of the proposed decision was published in the Chronicle -News on February 14, <br />2012. This public notice initiated a ten -day public comment period that parties having objections <br />or concerns could submit their concerns to the Division regarding this proposed revision. No <br />comments were received by the Division during the public comment period. At the close of <br />business, 5:00 pm, on February 24, 2012, the Division's decision became final.
