The bond release application <br />was submitted by Coors Energy <br />Company on March 3, 2011. Coors <br />Energy Company seeks release of <br />42.49 acres of reclaimed area. This <br />area encompasses Areas 2, 5, 6, 7, <br />9, 10, 15, 16, and 19 within the mine <br />site. The bond amount requested <br />for release is $63,799.00. The <br />affected area is located in Weld <br />County, approximately 7 miles North <br />of Keenesburg, Colorado. <br />Copies of the proposed decision are <br />available for review at the Colorado <br />Division of Reclamation, Mining and <br />Safety office, 1313 Sherman Street, <br />Room 215, Denver, Colorado <br />80203, and at the office of the Weld <br />County Clerk and Recorder. <br />Any person who has an interest <br />which is or may be adversely <br />affected may request an <br />adjudicatory hearing regarding this <br />proposed decision.
