Pineda <br />Director <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety renewed Mining Permit No. C- 1980 -005 <br />for the Seneca H Mine on February 22, 2012, allowing coal mining and reclamation operations to <br />continue under the provisions of the Colorado Surface Coal Mining Reclamation Act of 1979. The <br />permit was issued to Seneca Coal Company, LLC, P.O.
