Ms. Turner's message expressed concern regarding the Technical Revision Number 62 (TR 62) <br />application submitted by Western Fuels Colorado, LLC (WFC). The TR 62 application was received by the <br />Division of Reclamation Mining and Safety (DRMS) on February 15, 2012. <br />As indicated during our conversation this afternoon, I am enclosing the following documents with this letter: <br />1. A full copy of the TR 62 application submittal (as requested). <br />2. A copy of the soil sampling/analysis information received from WFC to date (as requested). The <br />enclosed soils information is from the November 2011 sampling inspection.
