Pursuant to your letter to GCC dated December 8, 2008, semi - annual groundwater monitoring is required with results to be submitted annually. Groundwater sampling was conducted on April 13, 2011 and October 13, 2011. Two copies of the Groundwater Monitoring Reports are enclosed with this letter. Samples were not collected from deep well MW -001A and shallow well MW -005 in 2011. Both of these wells were determined to be dry in 2008. The table below presents the numeric protection levels (NPLs) established by DRMS in your December 8, 2010 letter and the concentrations measured in the groundwater samples in April and October. None of the sample concentrations exceeded the DRMS NPL.
