Pursuant to your letter to GCC dated December 8, 2008, semi - annual groundwater <br />monitoring is required with results to be submitted annually. <br />Groundwater sampling was conducted on April 13, 2011 and October 13, 2011. Two copies of the <br />Groundwater Monitoring Reports are enclosed with this letter. <br />Samples were not collected from deep well MW -001A and shallow well MW -005 in 2011. Both of these <br />wells were determined to be dry in 2008. <br />The table below presents the numeric protection levels (NPLs) established by DRMS in your December 8, <br />2010 letter and the concentrations measured in the groundwater samples in April and October.
