Pifieda <br />Director <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (Division) received Nuvemco's response to <br />additional deficiencies for the above referenced Notice of Intent (NOI) application on January 25, 2012. <br />Staff notes that all technical issues have been addressed. The only issue remaining to consider the <br />application complete is the posting of the required financial warranty of $26,735.00. Per Rule 5.1.3(c), <br />the applicant shall address the deficiencies including posting of a sufficient bond, within sixty (60) days <br />of notice (March 26th, 2012, based on the 60 day falling on a weekend) or the Office may terminate <br />the NOI file. <br />Nuvemco must submit the proper financial warranty documents to the Denver Office, 1313 Sherman <br />Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado 80202, Attention: Barbara Coria.
