Pineda Director RE: Moon Pit No. 2, Permit No. M- 1977 -443, Modified Board Order and Incomplete 110c Amendment Application On February 8, 2012 the Mined Land Reclamation Board (Board) modified their August 29, 2011 order, extending the corrective action deadline to March 9, 2012. Therefore, you must submit to the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (Division) all materials necessary to allow for Division approval of an amendment application to permit number M- 1977 -443 by March 9, 2012. A 110c amendment submittal shall include two copies of the application, maps, and attachments with the same content required for an original application. You will not be required, however, to submit any information which duplicates applicable previous submittals. But you must clearly describe where, in the original application and supporting documents, the information not included in this amendment application, but is necessary to render the amendment technically adequate, may be found. On February 3, 2012, the Division received a faxed copy of materials to be submitted with your amendment application. A preliminary review of the submitted materials identified that the following items will be needed in order for the application to be considered complete and filed with the Division.
