Since the final land use is <br />developed water storage, the time of maximum disturbance is prior to any slurry wall <br />construction. Each aspect is listed in the following table with associated disturbed area. Please <br />refer to Exhibit D, Mining Plan, for a listing of disturbed areas that total 72.5 acres.
