This site is located south of the town of Hayden, Colorado in Routt County. I, Jared <br />Ebert of the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety conducted the inspection. Mr. Roy Karo was <br />on site during the inspection. <br />AIR RESOURCE PROTECTION — Rule 4.17: <br />The operation does not appear to be contributing to air and dust pollution. <br />AVAILABILITY OF RECORDS — Rule 5.02.4(1): <br />The records were checked and found to be in compliance. Please see the last page of the inspection report for <br />more details. <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE - Rule 4.05; Drainage Control 4.05.1, 4.05.2, 4.053; Siltation Structures 4.05.5, <br />4.05.6; Discharge Structures 4.05.7, 4.05.10; Diversions 4.05.4; Effluent Limits 4.05.2; Ground Water <br />Monitoring 4.05.13; Surface Water Monitoring 4.05.13; Drainage — Acid and Toxic Materials 4.05.8; <br />Impoundments 4.05.6, 4.05.9; Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18: <br />Culverts TAHRC -16; 13, 12, 9, 7 and 2 we inspected and found to be in compliance and functioning. The <br />drainage ditches along the road appear to be functioning properly. <br />The Truck Loop Pond 1 was inspected; it was holding water but was snow and ice covered. The pond slopes and <br />embankment were stable with vegetative cover and the spillways appeared to be functioning. <br />The Loadout Rail Loop Pond 2 was inspected; it was snow covered. Both the inlet and outlet structures were <br />stable.
